Sunday–Thursday $1,950 · Friday $2,750 · Saturday $3,450 · Friday + Saturday $5,750. Base venue rental only. Taxes, catering, staffing, rentals, alcohol, insurance, security, valet, production and special cleaning are not included unless confirmed.
Normal inquiries require 30 days’ notice during reactivation. Electricity, Wi-Fi, deep cleaning and current occupancy approval are not represented as complete. Capacity depends on layout and current occupancy approval. Tell us your guest count. Kitchen access, equipment and operating requirements must be verified.
Bring your own licensed vendors, subject to venue requirements. Your lead coordinates production, delivery, setup, removal and schedules. Lumen does not provide wedding coordination. Building access, starting condition, housekeeping, maintenance and emergency arrangements are defined in the agreement and property brief.
Request a staff-coordinated walkthrough. Confirm access route, setup window, event hours, removal deadline, clear exits and protective measures before suppliers arrive. Do not assume rigging, a loading dock, particular circuits or unattended access. Specific rules are supplied after verification.
Nearby street, garage and event parking options must be checked for your date. No dedicated or reserved parking is promised. Clients arrange valet or transportation.
